At Organic Planet, we're committed to delivering your organic essentials with care and making returns effortless when needed.

Shipping

Free Shipping

  • United States: Complimentary standard shipping on all orders $50+ (before taxes and fees)
  • Canada: Complimentary standard shipping on all orders $70+ CAD (before taxes and fees)

Orders below the free shipping threshold will have standard USPS shipping rates applied at checkout.

Processing & Delivery

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping Method: USPS Standard
  • Delivery Time: Varies by location based on USPS delivery standards (typically 3-7 business days for US, 7-14 business days for Canada)
  • Tracking: You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships

Select Organic Planet products are also available on Amazon with free shipping for Prime members. Visit our Amazon storefront for eligible items and faster delivery options.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

  • Full-Price Items: 30 days from delivery date
  • Sale Items: 14 days from delivery date

Return Eligibility

To ensure product safety and hygiene standards, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging
  • Items must include all original tags and packaging materials
  • Original receipt or order confirmation required
  • Product must be in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)
  • Gift cards and store credit

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our Customer Care team at kathyt@organicplanetstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • US Returns: $10 restocking fee (deducted from refund)
  • Canada Returns: $20 CAD restocking fee (deducted from refund)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking
  • Exception: Returns due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged in transit) incur no fees and we cover return shipping

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund to Original Payment: Refund processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fee
  • Store Credit Option: Receive 110% of your purchase value as store credit (10% bonus) for future orders—no restocking fee applied
  • Currency: Refunds are issued in the currency the order was originally placed in, regardless of exchange rate fluctuations

Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange unopened products for a different item or size. Contact our team at kathyt@organicplanetstore.com to arrange your exchange. Standard restocking fees are waived for exchanges, though you'll be responsible for return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at kathyt@organicplanetstore.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping and no restocking fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Organic Planet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location or using carrier hold options. For assistance, please contact kathyt@organicplanetstore.com.
